Orders are supplied by the dumper (900 CFT) — minimum one dumper, any quantity above that. The estimate above is rounded to whole dumpers.

What the numbers mean
Grey structure only
Foundation, walls, columns, lintels and slab. Cement, steel, plumbing, electrical and finishing are not included.
Lahore thumb rules
Based on 9-inch brick walls, 1:2:4 RCC slabs and standard room sizes; a rough-cut house uses less, a basement far more.
Order in stages
Foundation needs crush and sand first; bricks arrive with the walls; the slab needs the biggest crush order. We schedule deliveries to match.
